About SoCal Squash
SoCal Squash is the official regional affiliate of U.S. Squash, the national governing body of the sport. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the game of squash throughout Southern California by:
Connecting
We connect regional players, pros, and enthusiasts by:
- Providing consistent communication across the region 
- Developing and maintaining a tight-knit, cohesive, and informed regional squash community 
- Increasing awareness of local and regional events and opportunities for friendly competition and developmental growth 
Developing
We develop a safe, supportive, and inclusive play environment by:
- Ensuring safety protocols are upheld 
- Encouraging the construction of outdoor squash courts and facilities for all 
- Creating diverse and multiple avenues to pursue the sport, include economic options for anyone who wants to play 
- Celebrating international, ethnic, gender and socio-economic inclusion into the game, particularly amongst youth 
Supporting
We support teams, leagues, and clubs by:
- Facilitating hosted tournaments, exhibitions and clinics 
- Encouraging junior and adult clinics, high school leagues, and singles/doubles teams 
- Championing the development of regional players to be competitive at the national and international level 
- Helping attract best-in-class coaching talent and training resources to Southern California 
Expanding
We expand awareness and participation of the sport by:
- Encouraging new leagues, matches and recognitions 
- Promoting squash as a potential Olympic Sport 
- Fostering the growth of squash through adult and junior programs 
- Spreading the tradition of excellence and camaraderie that has become synonymous with squash for all who play 
- Extending the circle of those who know and love the sport
